Getting the best performance from high speed machining VoluMill™ toolpaths requires using more aggressive high speed machining parameters than you may be used to. This data sheet provides some examples of speeds/feeds parameters used for high speed machining. This data is from tests performed by Celeritive Technologies, Inc., independent research facilities, and existing customers using VoluMill™ ultra high performance high speed machining toolpath engine on a daily basis in their shops. No two machining environments are exactly alike, so you may need to adjust your feeds and speeds parameters accordingly, but these numbers have worked well for others using our high speed machining ultra high performance toolpath technology.

Following are some sample feeds and speeds data representative of the results achieved using Volumill™ Ultra High Performance Toolpaths. Our database is continually updating as more and more customers provide us parameters on their experience using our toolpaths.
